Before you go through the hassle of unmounting and repacking your hardware, we’d love to help you acclimate to your new hardware. Most issues from force feedback settings to firmware updates can be fixed in minutes with a quick tip from our team.

We want you to be 100% happy with your setup. If you’ve decided that your VRS hardware isn’t the right fit for your or your rig, we’re here to help you get the return sorted as quickly as possible.


Return policy

We offer a return window of 30 days, which starts from the day your hardware arrives at your door. To be eligible for a full refund, we just ask that the hardware is in "as-new" condition and packed back into its original boxes with all the internal foam and accessories included.

How to initiate a return

Please do not ship your package back to the warehouse address listed on your original shipping label. Our return hubs are often different from our fulfillment centers, and shipping it back to the "sender" address without confirmation from us can lead to lost items or significant delays.

Return process:

  1. Reach out to us: Send us a message through our Contact Form.

  2. Details to include: It helps us move faster if you include your Order Number and a quick note about which items you’re looking to return.

  3. Get your RMA number: A member of our team will get back to you with a unique RMA number and the specific shipping address for your region.

Shipping guidelines:

  • Use the original packaging: Our hardware is heavy, high-precision equipment! The original boxes and foam are designed to keep it safe during transit. If it’s damaged on the way back because of poor packing, it may affect your refund.

  • Label clearly: Once you have your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

  • Tracking is key: We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. Since you're responsible for the return shipping costs, you'll want to make sure it’s covered just in case.

What happens next?

Once your return arrives at our facility, we'll give it a quick inspection, usually 1-2 business days. After we've finished, we'll process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase

If you’re having a technical issue or just need help with your settings, please let us know! Often, a quick calibration can solve the problem without you having to pack everything back up.
